GFyogamama: Hi everyone :)I have created this blog because I would like to spread the word about Celiac Disease. I have Celiac Disease and have been Gluten free for 4 years. When i was first diagnosed , I was happy that I had finally figured out what had been making me feel sick for so long, however, I never imagined how difficult it would actually be to eat gluten free. My journey through the last few years has been amazing and I am so happy to be eating clean and Gluten free foods. I would like to share different GF recipes ,chat about different GF products, daily GF habits ,as well as, suggest local GF bakeries and restaurants that cater to many allergies, especially those of us with Celiac or those who choose to keep a healthier lifestyle.
